Hi!
I'm David
Vandenbogaerde
or d17e for short.
And have been doing so for over 20 years, making it hard to summarize. So instead here's a non-exhaustive list of things I've worked with over the years. In order of appearance.

I've always had an eye on the creative side of technology, though never created anything substantial. That is why, in Q4 of 2022, I started freelancing. In doing so, I created a little bit of space dedicated to artistic exploration.
You can find the outputs of that journey under the media section. Where I can, I also I add some of the story behind the content. Often in series of threes, as I might have some OCD going on, but nothing unmanageable. I promise.
In case you missed it, check out my landing page. It was inspired by the recent Genuary '25 prompt: 'Grid-based graphic design'
and is now, in a way, a long-form generative piece created just for you everytime you visit.
I hope you like it.
I try to learn something new everyday, so naturally I've collected an eclectic collection of stories and ideas over the years. When I share these, you can find them on my blog.
I intend to expand on this part and create my own version of a digital garden. But that's for later. Stay tuned?!

The source of all the stuff I do and create is right here, but I'm also on the platforms. Not me per se, rather the robots 🤖 I've typed and clicked into existence to do my social media bidding. But I'm there. You can find me on:
If you're in or around Amsterdam 🇳🇱, come hang out at one of the Creative Coding Amsterdam meetups I help organize together with Sinan & Stanko.
