I'm not sure what it is exactly, but I have a fascination with the Bijlmer buildings. There's something with the straight concrete lines contrasting with their lush green surroundings. On top of that they also have a rich history for their relatively young age. In case you're interested to learn more, I can recommend the 99pi.org (99 percent invisible) podcast on the 'Bijlmer'.
